Terms of Service

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and give accurate information.

Credits and payments

Features that cost money to run (AI generation, clipping, rendering) use credits; the cost is shown before you spend them. Free monthly credits have no cash value and do not roll over. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Credits held for a job that fails are returned automatically.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and create. You give us the limited permission we need to store, process, render and — only where you choose — publish it, including showing AI videos on the public Reels gallery unless you turn that off. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload or link, including music, footage and likenesses.

Acceptable use

Do not use shitShorts to:

• infringe copyright or other rights, or upload content you have no right to use;
• impersonate real people, or create deceptive, sexual or harmful depictions of real people;
• create illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content, or anything involving minors;
• spread spam, scams, malware or misinformation;
• probe, attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass rate limits, credits or security.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output

Generated content can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review it before you publish; you are responsible for what you post.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using shitShorts at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@shitshorts.com. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
